It took 50 minutes to get a simple burger and fries, and the burger wasn't cooked that well. Several people had to wait for an hour or more for food, and there was leftover popcorn and messy areas where there shouldn't have been. Management appeared uncaring and indifferent when we tried to complain. It's by far the worst theater experience I've ever had.
Neglected
June 04, 2019
First and foremost, I have no complaints about the staff. Customer service is fine, just as you'd expect from any theatre, so any criticism I have falls on the lap of the company who owns the theatre: Regal. Since Regal bought this place it has been completely neglected. It is sorely understaffed compared to its traffic, so it's difficult for them to keep the place clean, concession counters are often without anyone working them. Perhaps worst of all, however, is the complete dereliction of the actual individual theatres within the cineplex. Many of them look as if a pack of stray cats was let loose, clawing and tearing the vinyl (I think) seats, and it's not uncommon to find a seat that is incapable of reclining even a few degrees. The only money that Regal has invested in this theatre after purchasing the Palladium was in changing out the signs. All the Greek decoration remains inside and it is clear the company has no interest in updating the theatre to match its competition. Save yourself some money and discomfort, and pick literally ANY other theatre in the area.
Down hill since Santiko Pallaradium

Don't like going there anymore! Santiko come back. Sorry will not be going there anymore. $2.20 convenience fee per ticket! Come on! You must be loosing sales. Purchasing online is not friendly usually I end up buying tickets there. Employees do fine but BIG company mentally has made it ordinary nothing special.
Too much salt on the popcorn. If someone has high blood pressure, it could turn out bad for them.

This place has really changed. I don't go here as much as I use to, but when I go I look forward to having my strawberry shortcake, and they never have it.
Place is overrun with disrespectful kids

This used to be my favorite place to go for date night. Now, it's where parents dump their kids, who talk and text during the movie, cut in line, act like punks and have no manners. I don't plan on going back.
Died down since Regal took over

It was always very pleasant going to the Palladium while Santikos owned it. Since then, it’s been going downhill. It always seems a little dirty/unclean. Concession prices are a little higher, but not too much. Customer Service is fine, but sometimes they are a little outgoing. It still is fun to watch movies at Regal 23, but it will never be the same.
