Always a great experience

We have been here several times and this is our favorite theater. The seats are very comfy. I have to be careful not to hit the "heat" button--but if I ever wanted to heat my seat , it certainly works well! I don't buy snacks so I can't speak to the concessions. However, last time we came there was popcorn ALL over the floor in the concessions area--yuk. Made me wish you had a Mascot Movie Dog to eat up all the spillage on the floor. Employees are professional. I come for the movie and I appreciate having a quality theater in Lexington KY!
Great theatre, disrespectful employee

I enjoyed my movie. However, I was not pleased with the employee cleaning up who had a bad attitude and rolled her eyes when i tried to speak to her.
Rude management, decent theater

Watched many movies here, but, I definitely won't be going back after the way my wife and I were treated by management. We tried to take my wife's 16 year old brother to see the new Kingsman movie and didn't expect any trouble since we're both over 25. I definitely wasn't expecting to be berated by the manager for not having guardianship paperwork with me when we only had him for the day. I understand and respect trying to prevent minors from seeing things against their parents' wishes, but, we were very obviously his guardians for the day. His parents let us take him to an R movie, something which never required paperwork in the past. I was expecting management to fix things and put a little bit of thought into the situation but the response I got was unbelievably opposite of that. I didn't want to stand there and argue while a line formed behind me so we went to a theater whose employees understand the ratings system (the manager stonewalled everything I said, anyway). If you take your kids here to see an R movie, make sure you bring legal paperwork declaring your guardianship of them. Its not a bad theater, clean enough and comfy seats. Me? I'm just not going to deal with the potential headache, again. Too many other options.
