Movie can start any time now!
June 29, 2023
Why is showtime scheduled at 6:30 and movie doesn't start till 7pm. Makes zero sense! Got a 5 year old that can hardly sit still for the movie alone. Get the shit together....
awesome seating

best seats in town, assigned seating means no wasting time sitting at a theater waiting for the movie to start
Disappointed

My family, a large group of us, planned to see a movie on Thanksgiving. We checked showtimes right before leaving our home. When we arrived at the theatre we were informed our movie was cancelled. We spoke with a manager and he was very indifferent and said there was nothing he could do. (A couple of free tickets and popcorn would have helped )
Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service! I would recommend going to Regal Theater in Moline. Much better experience! The management at Rave is terrible and needs customer service training.

Terrible change to the theaters! Even buying tickets in advance, you have no idea where exactly your seat will be. The seats are uncomfortable for me as the neck cushion hits me at the wrong spot and gives me a headache. Moline will get my business now.
Love the new seating; with reservations, you don't have to arrive early and you're guaranteed a good seat. Seats recline, just as if I were at home. Great improvement over previous setup. C

Absolutely Garbage!

They completely ruined the movie theater in Davenport Iowa! I showed up early with my wife for a date night, we came early to get good seats. Like the whole world has done since movies started being shown in theaters. First we tried getting some popcorn but the kids behind the counter were moving slower than molasses on a cold winter day so I decided I it wasn't worth the wait. We went in and sat down and we were watching the previews when people come up to us and asked us to move because we were in there seats, they showed us the tickets and we moved, 3 times. Right when the movie started we had to move again and some gal showed us our seats, on the complete opposite end of a row from each other. Even though 2 seats next to each other were vacant but the manager said he couldn't let us have them. Then he expected me to sit on the floor like a dog while my wife sat in the chair next to me. I understand you tried helping procrastinators who show up late to everything and wonder why they can't keep a job, but showing up early to find the best seats is part of the experience. Being embarrassed in front of the whole theater and the manager, being as thick as a brick, was rude and offered no real solution to the issue but our money back. We left because I'm not going to have a date night with my wife and not sit next to her. Which made me very angry. Your genius idea to help the laziness of the people of this great nation is a great disservice to our country. Who is going to reimbursed me for my wasted time and embarrassment and the $20 I spent on a babysitter for no reason. I will be going to the movie theater in Moline from now on!
Miserable experience. I'm going to the Moline theatre from now on

So apparently seats are now assigned. I showed up 40 minutes early to a kids movie and the only available spots were in the front row. I can't see the screen without reclining but the seats force me to kick my feet up to lean back. And good luck drinking a coke while leaned back. The new format of assigned seating is beyond dumb. I won't be back.
