Great prices

Not the most modern movie theater but certainly not the worst either. Theater is clean, seats are assigned (which is great), and $7 ticket prices for 1st run movies is pretty phenomenal.
Tasty food and drinks make an especially enjoyable movie visit.

Until someone wised me up to Cinemark's concession and bar offerings, I had no idea how pleasant it can be to go to Cinemark. Cinemark has a wide range of movies, for the young to the grown-up, and I love movies. But what really impressed me on this visit was discovering that the concession counter and the bar offer a decent selection of things, and the food and drinks actually are tasty and well-made. This is a big upgrade in movie going for me, and I'll be driving to Boynton more often.
Terrible service

Cashier at the concession was rude.
Horrible Customer Service Experience
May 27, 2018
I’d put a zero star for customer service if possible. I’ve been coming to this theater since it opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. My father and I went up to the ticket attendant to get our tickets ripped to go into the theater. There was a loud group in front of us and it was pouring outside, so when the attendant (11:45am May 27) said our auditorium we didn’t hear him. I said, “I’m sorry, did you say theater 5?” And he scoffed, annoyed and replied, “ I said theater 12, not 5” and rolled his eyes at me. Even my father was taken aback. I don’t remember the last time I’ve had that bad of customer service. Needless to say, I won’t be back until I know that attendant has been trained properly so we don’t have that kind of experience again.
Bad experience
October 15, 2017
I have NEVER had a bad experience at a movie theatre as I did tonight. We brought our kids to watch a PG13 movie. Not only is it a privilege to go to the movies but it is also is very expensive. Theatre was packed with teenagers who were very disrespectful, talking very loud during movie, throwing stuff across theatre , walking back and forth and using vulgar language. The police had to come in theatre to try and control the teenagers. It’s such a shame because we always loved Boynton movies. Unfortunately it’s the theatres loss as we won’t be back and from the looks of it they have lost a lot of business. Not a family cinema.
