Very dirty and not kept up from when it first opened

The seats and floor are not being cleaned between movies. There were food crumbs everywhere- in the cup holders, on the seats, on the floor, on the armrests. They don’t provide blankets anymore and the button for service doesn’t work. For the price, I’d rather go to a regular movie theatre now as you don’t get your money’s worth anymore. Management has neglected this theatre. Such a shame!!!

Thanksgiving Day & my cousin & I decided to go to the movies after sharing holiday desserts. We had been talking about going to the new CMX in her neighborhood. My cousin had been to several of the restaurant located in the mall that CMX was located & had been impressed. 1st the movie we were initially going to watch, was not showing at the time that had been posted on internet site, so we pick another film closer to the time we wanted. The tickets were a whopping $26.00! Ok, but then one expects the experience to be phenomenal, right? Wrong! Upstairs but because it was still early we sat in the waiting area. 1st off, not 1 staff person came over to greet us or escort us to our seats. We got our own seats. Now, there were wait staff around, talking to each other because at that time my cousin & I were the only 2 customer present! My cousin went to the bar to get a drink, I was looking over a menu & still no came one over & said a word to us, even though they pass right by us. This group of 4 people came up & I heard 1 staff person greet them. At this point I'm becoming a bit irritated & call for the next staff person who passes our table. He took my order, but never returns to check in on us, My order comes & it's alright (too salty). Our movie is about to begin, no staff around, so we get up to go to our movie room. The bartender has to ask us to pay, which we do & would have if a wait staff had checked on us. Once we're in movie room (quite nice! but freezing!) we go to our seats! Ok, my 1st time there, & I don't know what button is for what. So I push them both, 1 turn red & the other reclines the chair. It takes several minutes before the wait staff comes over & asks us what we wants & explain that the button that is red is for services, which we didn't need at that time. He didn't explain anything else about what to expect or what we could requests, like a blankets that were avai
