Watched movie in theater 8, focus out of shape. There is no sharpness and felt movie watching from 80s Era.

total disappointment

I want to tell you what I witnessed yesterday at the cinema, the service was excellent as always, what we didn't like was the quality of cleanliness of the rooms, my family and I were very disgusted with the situation at the cinema, dirty room, the floor was sticking to it, a horrible smell in the corridor of the room we were coming from. from the bin it looked like there was a dead animal I don't think you change the garbage bags correctly when the poutronas were raised then came the worst much more dirt under the seats popcorn bags of sweets even bottles of water there was what is happening in this cinema guys we have we want to assert our rights expensive tickets and the quantity is falling we want a clean environment it wasn't like that last week we had it at the cinema and everything was clean today even the hallway smells bad who agrees comment there please let's assert our clean cinema rights a people pay it's not free the movie is over we went to the reception and we saw other people talking about the bad cleaning situation very sad i sso.

worst cleaning in the world

today I was at the usual service every week always in the FIRST SESSION I had a bad experience today right at the reception the carpet was sticky with soda and juices from the day before it looked like they hadn't cleaned it I reported it to the employee he just said sorry until then ok I went to the room and I found poutronas dirty with soda in the poutronas and remnants of small popcorn in the poutronas and the worst of all the slippery floor looked like oil regrettable it wasn't like that I go every week and today I was disappointed some friends of mine went yesterday friday and told me it was fine dirty they also always go in the FIRST SESSION what is happening in the cinema sad with all this

Sound too low. Asked them to turn it up. They didn't.

Three of our family members went to the Buzz Lightyear movie. The sound was too low to hear the movie. My son asked them to turn up the sound. They never did. We tried calling. No one picked up.

Their computer system went down and they should’ve canceled reserve seating as they sold more tickets then there were seats. Definitely need new management

Computer down customer fighting over seats

Mismanagement and poor service when their computer service went down and people with reserve seats we’re kicking customers out of their chairs. The management should refund the entire audience and get a new life. They should’ve made an announcement to the entire theater that there is no reserve seating. Instead we had to get a refund and leave very upset over being threatened by customers.

West Simsbury: Conversion to Apple Cinemas

Super pleased with the recent conversion of our local theater. I am a die-hard movie buff who enjoys seeing movies on a big screen as they were intended I love being able to select and reserve my seats online, and of course appreciate the upgraded, reclining seats.

Anti-police news clip....why?

Was shocked to see an anti-police news clip aired on the big screen after viewing a movie the other day. Political propaganda, no matter what side of the aisle should not be broadcast at a local movie theater where people go to be entertained. This is NOT right.

Disturbing video clip

November 21, 2019

Two nights ago myself and two friends went to see First Christmas. At the end, a news clip type of film came on the screen that to us, promoted anti- police propaganda. I have never seen anything like this before in a movie theater. No matter what a person's views are on this politically charged subject matter, I don't feel it belongs in the theater where someone goes for entertainment.
