Not Exactly Ninja Stealth
December 26, 2018
The how it works tab on the Alamo webpage says that during the movie the servers will crouch down and "like a ninja" will grab the customer order sheets so as to not disturb surrounding customers. That certainly didn't happen at the presentation I was at. While the servers didn't exactly saunter, they didn't seem to be concerned that their comings and goings might be distracting. But then I guess they were trying to be responsive to continued customer requests; I mean how many glasses of water does a person need during a two hour movie? All in all, I would think twice about going to a movie here during a prime time, as it was hard too enjoy the movie with the frequent server crossings in front of my seat and the many bumps as they passed by.
Disapointed...

My husband and I were very excited to try out the new Woodbury Theater. We purchased tickets online. We found the seating very confined and uncomfortable. The seats didn't recline far enough and the table for the food wasn't adjustable. I felt trapped in my seat as I couldn't raise my legs. There isn't enough space between the seats. You literally have to share an arm rest with the person sitting next to you. When the food arrived, it was barely warm. Had it been hot, it would have been pretty good. The table is small and awkward for two people dinning. I spilled food on my chest 6 times as the chair is too far from the table in the dark. Sadly, we won't be returning.

The guy sitting next to me talked litteray almost the whole movie. I didn't wanna make a scene so I tried to put up with it and he continue to converse like holy s**t does no one hear this guy. So at last i told him to be quiet and he turn to me and says "you don't tell me to be quiet, you be quiet" at that time I wanted to bust his bottom lip to next week but I controlled myself and remember that I could of written a note to the staff. So the guy comes and looks at my sheet so now I'm expecting him to get kicked out for being rude the whole movie and yet im wondering why his dumbass was still sitting there. If you want a theater where customers can enjoy a movie without rude customers ENFORCE YOUR DAMN RULES. Couldn't even enjoy half the movie cause i was so piss and annoyed
