It's Harlem. I expect no less.

It is, what it is. It's just your typical inner city movie theater. No more, no less. Be lucky that there's actually one in Harlem.
All around good theater experiences.

Comfy seats, good sound, great projections.
DISGUSTING

I Was apall to say the least, no organization at the box office, theater is filthy & smells, no security, people talking in cell phones during movie showing. It was awful!!! Obviously, Mr. Magic Johnson doesn't know his Movie Theater in Harlem is a disgrace under his name. I will not go there again. A DAME SHAME!!!!👎
Nasty Attitude - May 20, 2018
June 08, 2018
The young lady behind the counter had a nasty attitude. There was only 1 of 4 flavored gourmet flavored popcorn choices - "We ran out". They had no hot dogs "We ran out". They had no jumbo pretzels "We ran out". Sad when you patronize your own people and the business etiquette is disappointing at best. Absolute no pride whatsoever. Magic Johnson please represent!!!!!
it was popcorn from the front of the place to the back

They need to clean this place! Smells! Will never come back!
The popcorn was not ready on a Sunday afternoon. The butter machines were not working so you could not put butter on your popcorn.

Overall I appreciate the Magic Johnson Theater however on a Sunday afternoon for the popcorn to not be ready and for the butter machines to be broken that's no good. In addition to that my wife said that there was no soap in the woman's bathroom. And now that the seats are chosen according to your ticket there needs to be someone there to help people who don't know how to find the proper seat because people are sitting in the wrong seats and taking up someone else's seat. We need to maintain the quality of this theater since it is the only one left in Harlem.
