Should of stuck to just popcorn

November 27, 2019

Sound was fine, movies fine. Concessions a joke, poor help. They have a menu but do not serve half of what is on it. They forget to bring your food and when they do the fries are cold. Never ever order to dine in at this theater. I will never go to this theater again. Kind of dirty too.

Dine-in is a joke

August 10, 2019

As others expressed, the “dine-in” is a joke but what I’d like to share is DO NOT PAY FOR THE LARGER SCREEN EXPERIENCE!! My wife and I did this once. You pay more for a foot or two wider screen. Even worse, the seats are very uncomfortable. The normal seats, in the regular screen areas, are very comfortable and electronically recline. My 2 cents: Sneak in your own food/snacks and pay for normal size screen viewing. Otherwise, you’ll be frustrated with your experience.

Awful service, expensive

July 02, 2019

Not a true dine in theater. You order at the concession stand where the lines are long and the employees are rude. Then you wait for your food (over 50 minutes in our case), which has a $1 "delivery fee" per item, will likely arrive cold, and missing items, which will require you to go back to the convenience line. If you need a refill? Too bad, you'll have to get up and go refill your drink as there's no waiter service. Managers don't care either. I'm never coming back.

Dine In Is Horrible! Definitely not Studio Movie Grill!

February 14, 2019

I completely regret ever using AMC’s Dine-In Delivery to Seat service at Stonebriar 24! I will begin by mentioning that I blame myself for confusing it for the Dine-In Full Service option (smh AMC please do one or the other!). I figured my mistake out after sitting through some previews. Anyways, I was really craving the wings they had on their menu and on their website but having had waited 10 minutes (of my movie time) at concessions, I was told they were out! I should also mention that this was at 5:50 PM on a Thursday!!!! I then proceeded to order 2 burgers and a chicken finger meal with water and a shake, which cost me $63.00. At this point I was just glad to have had placed an order for my family and I to enjoy during the movie. The order took a whole 51 minutes to arrive!! To top all that…..it was COLD!

The WORST theater in the area! Pretends to be a dine in theater.

December 31, 2018

They call themselves dine in but you have to order from a VERY LIMITED high priced menu and pay a dollar delivery fee for a VERY RUDE server to literally throw the food on your tray. Theater chairs were filthy and we had to clean the popcorn out before we could sit. Chairs are small and there is no clearance for people to walk by without catching your feet. The company executive that thought this was a good plan to compete with the real dine in theaters should be fired. Don’t waste your money here. Go to movie house and eatery for s great experience.

An ugly, dirty, lie of a "dine in theater"

November 02, 2018

they claim this remodeled theater is a dine-in theater, but in truth, they just added a few traditional options to the concession stand. There is no service at the seat level if you want to order more food you have to leave the movie and go wait back in line at the concession stand. When we went today, only a single concession person was on duty, meaning it took 25 minutes waiting in line to order food. The theater was messy. trash in the halls, messy counters, the majority of the stalls out of order in the men's bathroom (Cover in taprs) and food still left in the theater 10 minutes before a new movie is to start. The actual screens are nice, the seats themselves comfortable and the audio was above average. Overall, this is by far the worst Dine-in theater in the area. No convenience, sky-high prices, dirty theater, and no in-seat ordering. At this very moment, there are 3 MAJOR dine-in theater options within 15 minutes of this theater, and one more being built, this one cant hold a candle to any of them. Stay clear.
