Disgusting Theater
March 23, 2024
First off, why were the majority of the parking lot lights off? It was dark out and the parking lot was barely lit. Creepy. The toilets in the women's bathroom were filthy. Several were full of urine and feces leading me to believe they weren't functional. The theater itself was disgusting. Trash everywhere. Floors were sticky, and there was gum on one of our seats. The arm rests on the seats felt coated and sticky with general ick which made my skin crawl and I instantly regretted ordering popcorn and drinks for my daughter and partner. If the theater and bathrooms are this dirty, then the concessions must be equally if not more unsanitary. My suspicions were validated when my daughter threw up several hours after we got home and felt generally unwell the next day. The good old days of going to the movies is dead it seems. The lack of care for this theater definitely proves it. Very sad. The staff was nice though.
Ridiculously Dirty

We went to see Dune 2 on the IMAX screen. Everything went fine with ticket purchasing and getting into the theater. However, once we were at our seats, I could not believe the amount of popcorn and trash underneath the seats. It needed serious cleaning both for the trash and the stickiness on the floor. It was actually gross. Also, the movie had a little disclaimer before it started that the film had not been formatted to an IMAX screen, although it played fine. I brought earplugs because it got super loud in spots.
WORST THEATER IN MONTANA

After Christmas AVATAR viewing. Horrible everything, too much to list. Don't waste your time going here, wait for your movie to come to Netflix etc (it will be faster than waiting at this theater)!
Ruined birthday
November 21, 2021
Well, here I am.. writing a bad review. I never do this, but I have to vent. My wife and I have been so busy for years, and it's extremely rare that we get a chance to go out. We were excited to go enjoy Dune tonight.. 8pm showtime. We purposefully showed up a few minutes late. Doors locked. knock knock.. "They see us but they ignore us". Wave.. wave.. tall young guy reluctantly walks up to door and opens. "Did you get tickets online?" .. "no". Let me ask anyone reading this.. have you ever been late to a movie? Yeah.. we all do it. "Sorry we're closed.. we took out the till". We just drove 20 minutes to get there. I've never been turned away for being a little late for a movie. Now, tell me that nothing could have been done in this situation.. he knew it was my birthday and we rarely go out. "No sorry, nothing I can do". Let me ask this theater.. would you like actual paying customers.. or is that not part of your business model?
