Uninformed Employees
September 16, 2018
For years now employees at this theater have not known what their own policies are for their own theater... a few years ago the worker told me about the rewards card you have to pay for but never even mentioned there was one I could get for free...and other things happened today that I already wrote about in another review...these people need to get with the program....
Bad Experiences
September 16, 2018
I have really not been happy with this theater since AMC took over. Prices are too high to start with...no movie is worth the prices they charge. I am also in a wheelchair and at times they had let me in free or at the very least given me a discount. But in the last few days they have cut out the discount they were giving me and for a long time now I have gone to that theater probably more than anybody in the world since I cannot do a lot of things that other people can for entertainment. The sound is way too loud in the movies and especially in the commercials and previews. The reason it makes me mad that this theater cut out the discount for me is because I know that other theaters in surrounding counties let people in wheelchairs in for free...all the time...no questions asked... if one place can do it, why can't this one, and why cut out the discount I used to be given? In addition to all of this, a lot of employees seem to be uninformed on policies where they work and that is ridiculous. I have had a rewards card for YEARS now, but today the employee did not ask if I had a reward card. When I brought it up myself (they are supposed to ask if you have one, and most of them do) I was told that tickets sales don't count toward building points...LOL I KNEW she was wrong and was not rude about it, but had to tell her several times that she was wrong and that I had been building reward points for years with a reward card....she said another employee had told her ticket sales did not count toward building points....then she had to call the manager or whoever he was so he could tell her what she should have been doing. Made me wonder how many people had lost reward points with her telling people that points could not be added with ticket sales...that even sounded dumb to me... what good would a reward card be if you could only add points at the concession stand? I stay away from the food as much as I can because as I said before it is too expensive to even thin
$8! For a small popcorn

Just visiting Cookeville, so from that point of view, the prices are a little expensive. Tickets and snacks are ridiculously expensive.
