Terrible customer service
December 23, 2021
Arrived late to join my wife and 2 kids in the movies, movie already started more than 30 mins ago. They had plenty of seats/tickets available. I asked to sell me a ticket, but they wouldn't do it, their manager at guest services named Ryan outright refused my request to purchase the ticket, just because he said "he doesn't want to". He was also incredibly rude and was reluctant to listen to any human argument of me needing to join my family. The place has a terrible customer service attitude starting from manager Ryan and all the way down.
Mice under seats

Left and got refund due to two mice near our seats. They said it’s due to recent construction nearby, but there were mice a year ago when we were here.
Tickets disappear, convenience fees don't
December 27, 2018
On December 18, 2018, I purchased 3 tickets on line for "The Mule" showing on December 26 at 1:45PM. The purchase included a convenience fee of $5.25. Not a problem. On December 23 I discovered that the theatre moved the December 26 showing to a different auditorium and my seats literally disappeared. They were not showing as sold on the seating plan. Had I not discovered this on my own, we would have shown up on December 26 with no reserved seats. I was forced to buy another set of reserved seats for the new auditorium, and get a refund for the tickets they took away. They charged another $5.25 convenience fee for the second purchase and refused to refund the convenience fee on the original purchase. They simply repeated like robots that convenience fees are not refundable. This is outrageous. It was actually an INconvenience fee. Lastly, during the movie, there was loud rumbling through most of it coming from the next auditorium, which was screening Aquaman. AMC does not even bother to insure that noise from one theatre does not intrude on another. Back to watching movies at home for me!!
