Needs some improvement
February 08, 2019
First time to this theater. Didn't care for its system of having to pick a seat by diagram upon buying tickets; seats are best picked by sight, as someone too tall may have the seat in front of you, or someone nearby may be talking/coughing and you'd want to move. The concession area was vast and virtually unstaffed; the smallest size of popcorn was $8.95, with enough for four people (!). Seats were comfortable; however, we noticed a weird vibration throughout the film. Upon asking the cause, we were told it was due to construction going on nearby. Patrons should be apprised of this beforehand, since otherwise they're bound to wonder (as we did) what's going on. (We didn't want to leave our seats in the middle of the film to get an answer.) Finally: the theater skimped on heat -- we felt somewhat cold throughout. Though outside temperatures were unseasonable warm, it is, after all, February, and it was uncomfortable.
